On February 20, Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Fangda Group") and CATL held a strategic partnership signing ceremony in Ningde, Fujian. The two parties will leverage their respective industry development, business layouts, and application advantages to jointly build a cluster for zero-carbon ecosystems with a focus on energy structure transition and zero-carbon development.

Fangda Group is a large, distributed, and multi-industry conglomerate with strong international competitiveness and diversified business interests underpinned by five core sectors, namely carbon, steel, healthcare, commerce, and aviation. The group owns five publicly listed A-share companies - Fangda Carbon, Fangda Special Steel, Northeast Pharm, Zhongxing Commerce, and HNA Holdings - boasting total assets exceeding 400 billion yuan and a workforce of nearly 130,000 employees.
